I love a good smile!
It's raining...still! I like the rain...at night, when I don't have to go outside. I like the smell of rain. I also like how everything looks clean and fresh after rain.
I'm feeling very sleepy today. I have a virus. Apparently. I woke early yesterday with a really sore neck, that is apparently caused by my glands. I'm only just now starting to feel a sore throat coming on. I can handle colds but not the sore throat part! Here's hoping chewing vitamin C might pay off!
I have put my hand up to join in on a group challenge. It's called HydraWalk. I have to walk 10,000 + steps a day, sleep 8 hours a night, eat 2 serves of fruit and 5 serves of veggies a day and drink lots and lots of water!! I think we are ment to do this every day...I sure don't at the moment! This is going to be a huge challenge, but I'm really looking forward to being healthy!!
Tomorrow is Friday!! And then it is the weekend! I'm looking forward to catching up with Miss Eloise for yummy food at a cute cafe! I don't get to do this very often....I feel my friends are all going off, getting married and having babies, which doesn't leave much time for casual catch ups at lovely locations! I often get jealous walking past cafes and coffee shops watching others catching up...silly, I know.
